Group Guidelines
Real Homes -
This is no place for your rental business. We share, swap, and exchange private homes among the people we know and trust. Rates are for covering costs at a reasonable market rate.
Accountability -
We treat each other and our homes with the utmost respect and deep care. We leave each home and interaction feeling better than we found it.
Communication -
Each of us is expected to communicate clearly with our hosts and guests on what is and what is not allowed in each home.
Privacy ·
Your home is not listed for public rental, but it is visible to the group. It is up to you how you share it.
Safety -
We expect kindness and respect and if you are reported as displaying anything less than good behavior, we will remove you from the group.
